If nature could speak, what might it be like? What if nature has always been responding, just in forms we've mistaken for silence?

'I Hear You', a two-part interactive sculpture drawing on the aftermath of natural fires and the broader climate crisis in a meditative, playful way. A charred tree stump holds a pool of still water, its surface is gently shifted by a single leaf, like a flame in a candle. Nearby, a tree hollow embedded in the wall invites the viewer to speak.

With each breath, the leaf ripples, suggesting that nature, perhaps, is answering back.
